We offer many services
One of our strengths is that we can provide you with a specifically tailored response involving an integrated range of services. For example in meeting with you and endeavouring to fully understand your context and needs we may offer an initial facilitated planning session, followed by leadership profiling using a diagnostic tool or Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and then further team or individualised support provided through team building and development, workplace coaching or career development planning.

Facilitation
We offer process facilitation to assist organisations with strategic, business and team planning. We offer facilitation of large events such as conferences, consultative and community forums, program launches and special events.
We are well able to manage competing views and diverse opinions and pride ourselves on our ability to assist groups and teams to resolve differences and achieve collaborative solutions.
We regularly facilitate focus groups for research and evaluation projects using a range of techniques such as ‘World Cafe’ process and ‘Open Space’ principles.
We have recently successfully undertaken the facilitation of a number of sensitive community forums including a consultative forum on behalf of the Minister for Community Services with mothers and adopted persons impacted by previous forced adoption practices. This forum informed the Victorian Government’s formal apology. We facilitated community forums following the Victorian Bush Fires and Flood disasters. These required careful planning and strong but empathetic facilitation to ensure all voices were heard and valued.
Training
We provide specific skill, management and leadership development training. We offer a range of training products that can be tailored to your organisation’s needs. We can also design programs from scratch based on your organisation’s training needs analysis. Alternatively, we can undertake the training needs analysis for you and recommend training and other professional development activities to support your people. Leadership and Executive Coaching
We are experienced leadership and executive coaches. Clients have included managers and executives within the Departments of Human Services, Transport, Planning and Community Development as well as Wesley Mission, Baptcare, Oz Child, Family Mediation Centre and Telstra.
Service Review and Evaluation
We regularly undertake small and larger scale service review and evaluation projects within the broad human services field. We offer experience in all aspects of service review and evaluation including project planning and development of project methodology, stakeholder analysis, design of survey tools and consultation process, administration of tools, facilitation of consultations and interviews, analysis of data, report development and recommendations. Proposal and Report Development
We are very happy to assist organisations with report and proposal development including the writing of tenders for funding and responses to new policy initiatives. We pride ourselves in listening to our clients and writing in the style you require. We understand the Government and Non Government context and ensure that our written products are congruent, relevant and up to date.
Policy, Practice and Service Guidelines Development
We understand that organisations frequently struggle to find the internal resources to develop the policy, practice and service guidelines they require to support business and service operations and we are more than happy to provide this service. Our approach involves ensuring we understand your business, talking to the right people, pulling together what you already have and developing initial drafts for extensive comment and feedback to make sure we get it right! We have recently developed a well received Leadership and Communication Guide for the Department of Transport, A Supervision Framework for Family Mediation Centre, A Case Management Framework for Wesley Mission and a Coaching model and process for DHS Child Protection.
Career Planning and Development
An area that organisations frequently find useful in times of change and transition is career planning and development. We are able to offer a comprehensive career review, development and planning process. This can include an initial meeting with the individual and their manager to clarify the context and surrounding issues if required, followed by individual sessions including use of career audit tools, MBTI and career orientation tools. We provide all clients with a report analysing their results and proposing a range of career development pathways and options. We can also offer this service to young people contemplating their future academic and career aspirations.
