Isabelle Woodin
Director
Isabelle Woodin is an organisational development consultant specialising in strategic and business planning, collaborative partnership formation, culture review and transformation, change and transition and management and leadership development. She has also undertaken a number of service review and evaluation projects, developed policy guidelines and proposals on behalf of Government and Non Government organisations and is a highly regarded process facilitator.
Isabelle has worked as a social work practitioner, manager and training consultant in both the United Kingdom and Australia. Through this experience and her ongoing consultancy practice Isabelle has extensive, specialist knowledge of the child and family welfare area including child protection, juvenile justice, mental health and disability.
Prior to establishing her own company, Isabelle worked as an internal organisational consultant and leadership and management development trainer for the Victorian Department of Human Services.

Monika Fritz
Senior Associate and Independent Consultant
Monika Fritz is a provisionally registered psychologist and organisational development consultant specialising in team development, supervision and specific skills training, leadership development, culture change, career planning, coaching and group facilitation. Monika is completing her Masters in Organisational Psychology and is accredited in a range of diagnostic tools for determining organisational and individual strengths and areas for development.
Monika has considerable specialist expertise in the areas of child and family welfare, mental health and crisis intervention through her previous employment within child protection and as a crisis counsellor. Monika also has academic experience having worked as a lecturer in Psychology and coordinator of Welfare Studies at Swinburne University.
Monika is an extremely well regarded facilitator, known for her warm, empathetic style combined with a strong drive to move groups towards decision making and agreed actions.
